Admin-issued IDs before any depot work starts

Container Radar is the first hop in the WeLink depot stack: yard staff register receive and send movements here; other depot users attach customs documents in the WeLink Mini-App. Operators open a branded splash, enter an admin-issued unique ID, pick a depot, then choose receive or send. The Mini-App stays closed to everyone else.

Implementation narrative

Problem

Yard registration cannot sit open on WeChat for every account. Overseas operators also cannot lean on phone-number login. Access has to bind a person to a depot before receive or send, and keep document users on a separate WeLink app.

Solution

Splash shows the Container Radar mark and a start CTA. The login form asks for a unique ID issued by an admin, not a public signup. After auth, the home screen lists depots and opens receive or send for the selected yard. History stays one tap away from the same hub. Document packing stays in WeLink for other depot roles.

Outcome
  • Branded entry: Container Radar splash with logo and start CTA.
  • Enter unique ID: Closed-user form for an admin-issued unique ID.
  • Pick depot and mode: Depot list with receive and send entry into yard work.
