Depot intake fails when photos are blurry, sides are missing, or defects live in a separate paper trail. Yard staff need one wizard for the unit and the proof — not the same app that document clerks use for packing.
Inbound registration with photos and defects in one pass
Receive is the yard-staff half of the WeLink stack: register the inbound unit here with photo rules, container number, exterior shots, and defects. Other depot users attach customs documents later in WeLink. Leaving early warns data will not save.

Implementation narrative
Photo requirements reject blur, bad exposure, cropped units, and incomplete defect frames. The wizard then takes the container number, guided exterior slots with retake/save, a multi-select defect list, defect photo upload with a needs-repair flag, and completion with submit-and-exit or submit-and-next. An incomplete-exit modal blocks silent loss. Customs file upload stays in WeLink.
