A WeChat Mini-App can be ready while the licensed domain and MIIT filing still block a legal public web presence.
Licensed domain with ICP (and PLF) on the live page
Rosa Khutor needed a licensed domain that stayed online with the ICP record visible. We delivered that filing path next to the resort WeChat Mini-App.
Implementation narrative
We ran the ICP paperwork path in parallel with product work, kept a landing page on the licensed domain, and displayed the ICP (and where required Public Security) record on that page.
The public page carries the filing numbers customers and regulators expect to see.
