A WeChat Mini-App can be ready while the licensed domain and MIIT filing still block a legal public web presence.
Licensed domain with ICP (and PLF) on the live page
Dodo’s Hangzhou store needed a licensed domain with ICP (and PLF) on the live page. We ran that filing path in parallel with the WeChat ordering Mini-App.
Implementation narrative
We ran the ICP paperwork path in parallel with product work, kept a landing page on the licensed domain, and displayed the ICP (and where required Public Security) record on that page.
The public page carries the filing numbers customers and regulators expect to see.
